Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, provided the items are with all original tags attached, unworn, and free of defects for full refund. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

 

Please be aware the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless LaBuzzShop.com has sent an incorrect or damaged item. All returns must be sent via USPS or registered mail.

There may be a time that items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, we will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange. Refer to Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items section below.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Send Back Your Return
Please contact our Customer Service prior to sending back your shipment in order to get an RA #. Please have the date the order was delivered to you, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, single item price, and total price of returned items.

Back-Orders:

In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; LaBuzzShop.com will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order. You will not be charged for the removed item.   

 

If the back order item is still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the item that you want, so that you can reorder the item. 

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items: 

You may only cancel your order via telephone or e-mail up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from LaBuzzShop.com.
